Access your personal email entered when purchasing
Find the invitation email to join the group from Canva (or get the direct link in the Order Library section).

Join Team
Log in to your Canva account and confirm joining the team.

Switch Team workspace
In the top right corner of Canva, select the correct group name you just joined to use all Pro features.
Note: Designs in group spaces remain under your personal management unless you actively share them with other members
