Warranty and refund policy

1. Warranty Scope

All official license key products, pre-activated accounts, official upgrades, and Family plans at Gamikey.net all are warranted 1 for 1 replacement throughout the subscription period specified in the order.

2. Warranty processing procedure

• When encountering login errors, losing package benefits, or activation key issues, please contact support with Order code (`GK-XXXXXX`).
• The technical department checks and reissues the Key/Account or resolves the issue within 15 minutes – 24 hours.

3. USDT refund policy

In case a product is temporarily out of stock or has an irreparable error, Gamikey.net will refund the money directly in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20 network) to the customer's wallet address based on the unused time ratio.
